LEGACY is the 4D event rendering layer of the MMIM Hybrid stack. It's how clients sign off the room, the stage, the lighting and the camera positions in photoreal detail before we hire a single truss — and it's the single biggest driver of cost certainty in our productions.
Traditional event sign-off is a mood board, a 2D floor plan, and a lot of hope. On the day, sightlines are wrong, screens are too small, lighting feels flat — and fixes happen with crews on the clock. LEGACY moves all of that sign-off into the render.
We model the venue, stage build, lighting state and screen content as a photoreal 4D scene. Clients walk through it — not as a slide, but as an interactive environment — and sign off layout, sightlines and lighting before anything is hired.
Outdoor and golden-hour events depend on light that's hard to imagine on a floor plan. LEGACY simulates light across the full event arc so you see the room as it will actually look at 18:30 in October.
Across our 2025 corporate gala portfolio, productions signed off via LEGACY hit the run with roughly 60% fewer on-site change orders than productions signed off via traditional 2D plans. That's where the cost certainty lives.
